Competition Finder is a free open source SEO tool which allows you to use the Google API to see:

• search counts for the number of competing pages
• search counts for the number of allinanchor results
• search counts for the number of allintitle results
• search counts for the number of allinanchor allintitle results

The number of competing pages is easier to see by looking at the number of pages with allinanchor allintitle instead of just looking at the raw regular search counts. Also note that the API likely turns lower and more accurate search counts than the regular search results. Inflating the regular search result counts to include duplicate pages and the like helps inflate the perceived size and quality of their search index.

System Requirements:

Since Authority Finder is web based it has no system requirements. Hosts that run Competition Finder must support DOM XML & NuSoap.
